KMS Development, LLC (KMS) is a development partnership formed in 1998 by Tom Manz and Stephen C. Pease. The formation of KMS brings together two commercial real estate professionals with 40 years combined experience in commercial real estate investment, development, land entitlement, construction, property management, brokerage, and finance.

KMS Development, LLC owns controlling interests in its affiliate companies that specialize in construction (Commercial Building Specialists, Inc.), Asset & Property Management (ACS Realty Company, Inc.), and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage (Barbieri Commercial Brokerage).

Over the course of our association, KMS Development, LLC has emerged as a one stop solution for corporate clients and end users of commercial properties. KMS has been consistently competitive in providing solutions on a build to suit basis, on building sales to clients, and on providing lease hold space for tenants.
